UNLV freshman Avi'Tal Wilson-Perteete won the women's 800-meter title at the Mountain West Outdoor Championships at Buchanan High's Veterans Memorial Field in Clovis, Calif. Wilson-Perteete eclipsed the all-time conference record, clocking 2:02.87 to take down the 2009 standard of 2:03.01 held by BYU's Lacey Cramer. Wilson-Perteete also contributed to a runner-up finish in the 4x400 relay in 3:39.12.
